1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ott11 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the ott11 website located at https://ott11.net, including all associated mobile interfaces, applications, games, betting products, and support services (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the ott11 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of our Services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ott11 platform and must not attempt to register or access any Services.

These Terms apply to all players who access ott11 from Bangladesh, including residents of Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and all other administrative divisions and districts. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of ott11 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the Services:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. ott11 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. We do not permit access to or use of our Services by individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• Residency & Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Services from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ott11 is lawful in your location.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by ott11 or any other gambling operator, at the time of registration or during subsequent use.
• Not Previously Banned: You must not have had a previous ott11 account terminated for any breach of these Terms.

ott11 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration. All new players are required to confirm their date of birth during sign-up. Prior to processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳10,000, ott11 will request documentary evidence of identity and age. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of Services on ott11, you must create a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You may register only one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will all be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide a valid and active email address, a Bangladesh-based mobile phone number, and a date of birth that accurately reflects your actual age.
• Your registered name must match the name on your official government-issued identity document. ott11 will reject withdrawals where the account name and verified identity do not match.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify ott11 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ott11 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. KYC verification may be requested at any time at ott11's discretion, and is always required before processing withdrawals above ৳10,000. Players who fail to complete KYC within 14 days of a request being made may have their account restricted until verification is successfully completed.

Acceptable KYC documents include: national identity card (NID), valid passport, driving licence, and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days). ott11 may also request a selfie photograph or a live verification step in some cases.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. ott11 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials. We strongly recommend enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication, which is available to all registered players at no additional cost within account security settings.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ott11 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies. ott11 supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure convenient access for all Bangladesh-based players.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ott11, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ott11 reserves the right to request KYC documents before processing any withdrawal. Players must withdraw to the same payment method used for their most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by the ott11 finance team.

4.3 Prohibited Transactions

• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the player's own name will be declined and refunded.
• ott11 does not accept deposits sourced from credit facilities where the credit is not in the player's own name.
• Any attempt to deposit funds derived from fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise illegally obtained sources will result in immediate account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by players without first contacting ott11 support will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ott11 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on ott11 are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's account as bonus funds. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• ott11 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn after it has been credited, any wagering already completed will be honoured.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside the applicable wagering requirements.
• Placing opposing bets (hedging) using bonus funds with the intent to circumvent wagering requirements is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• ott11 reserves the right to require additional verification before crediting or releasing bonus funds in cases where fraudulent or abusive behaviour is suspected.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

By using the betting and gaming products offered on ott11 — including cricket betting, live casino tables, slots, and crash games — you acknowledge and agree to the following rules governing gameplay and wagering.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on ott11 are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market. Cricket betting markets covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals are governed by ott11's Sports Betting Rules, which are available within the platform. Key principles include:

• Bets are void if a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result is reached, unless the market has already been settled.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of odds. ott11 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice.
• Obvious pricing errors in listed odds are considered palpable errors. ott11 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds and return stakes to the player.
• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where ott11's cash-out feature is active and available for the relevant market.

6.2 Casino & RNG Games

7. Prohibited Conduct

ott11 maintains a strict code of conduct for all registered players. The following actions are explicitly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age, location, or legal status during registration or KYC verification.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using VPN services, or employing any other technique to claim bonuses more than once, or to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Match Fixing & Insider Betting: Placing bets on sporting events where you have access to non-public insider information, or where you are involved in any way with the organisation, management, or outcome of the event.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games or poker-style formats to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with ott11's platform, place bets, or exploit any technical vulnerability in our systems.
• Money Laundering: Using ott11 accounts to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds in a manner intended to conceal the source or nature of those funds.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal requests against deposits made to your ott11 account.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ott11 support staff or other players via any communication channel.

ott11 employs real-time fraud detection systems that monitor account activity for patterns consistent with the above prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, ott11 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on account funds while an internal review is conducted.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

ott11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider linked to the player's account.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).
• Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion submitted through account settings or via support.
• Legal or regulatory obligation requiring ott11 to restrict access to the account.

8.1 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity is recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. ott11 will attempt to notify dormant account holders by email at least 30 days prior to applying any dormancy-related fees or restrictions. Dormant account fees, where applicable, will be disclosed in the current version of these Terms and are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.

8.2 Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their ott11 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected] (plain text — not a link). Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance in the account will be returned to the player's last verified withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds held in a closed account are not eligible for withdrawal.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ott11's total liability to any player in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in the player's ott11 account at the time the claim arises. ott11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings that result from technical faults, server outages, or third-party provider interruptions outside ott11's reasonable control.
